Optus Consumer Data Breach – Update

You asked for a crib sheet on what you can do if your data is compromised by Optus or another personal information hack.

We have put together a crib sheet on CyberShack.com that outlines the key steps to take to bring back control of your key personal information. There is a lot further to go with the Optus consumer information breach, but thankfully, so far at least we have not seen the sharing of the full data base list. Read more about protecting your personal information here.

Some of you have asked about watching the Bathurst 1000 on Kayo, in split screen mode. You can, provided you have the correct devices. Kayo has put together a list of devices and what level of split screen support you can achieve depending on the device.

We use Fail (below expectations), Pass (meets expectations) and Exceed (surpasses expectations or is the class leader) against many of the items below. Also this week, we learned that Matter is going live. According to their website, Matter is built around a shared belief that smart home devices should be secure, reliable and seamless to use. In line with this, we invited Chris Lau Managing Director from Laser Corporation to talk about Matter, what is it and when is it coming to smart home solutions in store.
