AI PCs: Revolutionising Productivity with Acer Swift 14
I mentioned on the show today that this week I have been using a new Ai PC from Acer. First impression, its fast – very fast. Its still light (1.2kg) and has great battery life (about 18 hours), but its VERY fast. Speed is not necessary as a thing on its own, but with so many of us connecting our PC to a multi display desktop environment – its more necessary than ever. On my desk I have 2x 32 inch displays running and its a push for an under powered machine, especially during HD vidoe calls. Not a problem for this machine though, and that’s thanks in part to built-in graphic support to ensure this feature absolutely flies.
Acer has kept plenty of connectivity on this model, including 2x Usb-A ports & 2x Usb-C ports, plus an hdmi port. There is also a 3.5mm audio port for head phones or audio line in. Thank you Acer!
The screen is an OLED meaning beautiful bright colours to. Its so bright using the machine outside, around the pool is easy. Ofcourse I dont often use a laptop in this environment, but should I want to I know its able.
So its fast, with long battery life, bright screen, lots of connections and more.
