We've had a few people call in asking about securely erasing their phone before selling it or giving it to someone else. To help out, we've put together a little guide here.

Optus is the first Australian telco to introduce Wi-Fi calling, a technology that allows you to make phone calls and send messages even when you don't have cellular reception. Click here fore more information, and take a listen to the podcast for the full story.

We've all heard of fitness tracking wrist bands and smartwatches, but how about fitness tracking clothing? This week I had a chat to Rohan Burdett, Director of Synergy Air Fitness, about Athos Sportswear. Athos Sportswear – available as both shorts and a shirt – doesn't just track the steps you take or how many calories you've burnt, it's actually able to track how hard an individual muscle is working. You read more about Athos Sportswear on this website.

Got even more Windows 10 news this week; we've had a lot of listeners call in asking how they can Windows 10 if they've got a slower internet connection. We've got an answer! Our sponsor, Harvey Norman, will upgrade your computer to Windows 10 for a small fee if you take it into the store. For more details about how this works, have a listen to my the podcast for my interview with Harvey Norman National Business Manager for Technology & Entertainment Glen Gregory.

A few weeks ago we had a chat to Motorola about its three new smartphones: the Moto X Style, Moto X Play and Moto G. This week, Motorola confirmed that all three will be available in early September. We've got more details here, and a review of the new Moto G here.
