Today Show: Erasable Printer
On The Today Show, Charlie showcases a new innovative piece of technology that allows users to erase the page printed on a specific printer thereby allowing users to reuse the paper.
The printer is manufactured by Toshiba and is done using two specific machines. On the one hand, users will need a specific Toshiba printer that will use a special ink to print on paper. On the other hand is the eraser unit that takes the ink from the paper enabling users to save a lot by reusing the same paper up to five times.
At present, the printer set costs around $10,000 but Toshiba will size it down in the future and make it more affordable for ordinary consumers.
