Today Show – Instaprint Snaps

I spoke with Ben Fordham this morning on the Today Show about a new program that allows you to sell you to sell phones on line using Instagram.

Called Instaprints, the first thing you need to do is open a free account on Instaprints.com. You then import your photos and begin selling print products in less than a minute. Instaprint sets a base price for each available product, and sellers then add a markup to each base price. When a sale is made, sellers keep their entire markup.

Instaprints processes each order on behalf of the sellers, including: printing, framing, matting, packaging, shipping, collecting payments from the buyers and sending profits to the sellers. Each print is manufactured at one of Instaprint’s three U.S. production facilities and delivered “ready-to-hang” with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

In addition to providing an online marketplace and order fulfillment service, Instaprints.com also includes community features which allow buyers and sellers to follow their favourite photographers, participate in online discussions, advertise local events, chat live with other members, and comment on their favourite photos.
